Our Leadership

Ruling Elders

Along with Pastor Scott, the Ruling Elders provide spiritual leadership of the congregation, insuring that it faithfully proclaims the Gospel, celebrates baptism and the Lord’s Supper, and maintains order and peace in the congregation.  Together the Pastor and Ruling Elders comprise the Session of the congregation. Except for the Pastor, Elders serve three-year terms.

Class of 2025: Terry Smith and Susie Russell (Clerk of Session)

Class of 2026: Kurtis Alexander, Diane Burnett, and Steve Junken

Class of 2027: Betsy Schneider, Tim Sparks, Gerhard Weber, and Bob Young

Deacons

Deacons lead the congregation in performing ministries of service, especially to those in any kind of distress.  They are accountable to Session. Deacons serve three-year terms.

Class of 2025: Pua Smith

Class of 2026: None

Class of 2027: Cheryl Dixon, Sandy Pavey, and Leona Tilton

Trustees

Trustees hold, manage, and care for all property owned by the church.  They are accountable to the Session. Trustees serve two=year terms.

Permanent Trustee: Steve Junken (by virtue of his role as President of the Corporation)

Class of 2026: Cathy Junken and Charlie Handel
